Paul Barraclough

Paul is tunnel engineer and design manager. He has 29 years international experience in design and design management of underground structures and tunnels (mined & TBM), including construction management/supervision on behalf of consultants and contractors for the delivery of major road, rail, metro, and water/wastewater projects.
Some notable tunnelling projects he has worked on in Australia, North America and Singapore include Melbourne’s North East Link, Sydney Metro West ETP & WTP, Brisbane’s Cross River Rail, Sydney Metro City & Southwest, Brisbane’s Airport Link, Number 7 Subway Line Extension (NYC, USA), East Side Access (NYC, USA), Deep Tunnel Sewer Scheme Contract T-03 (Singapore).

Paul will be presenting on Design Documentation on Thursday 28 November at 3:30pm.

The ATS Short Course 2024 is a multi-day event, designed to provide an introduction to the world of tunnels, being held in Brisbane 27-29 November. Event content will closely align with the latest edition of the ATS Tunnel Design Guideline and is a must for tunnelling professionals.
