Announcing the key results from and winner of our lucky prize draw for completing the ATS Communications – Member Survey: Arjun Raja Shivasami. Arjun won $200, but immediately decided to donate his winnings to the ATS Diversity in Tunnelling subgroup and the ATS Young Members. Arjun won $200, but immediately decided to donate his winnings to the ATS Diversity in Tunnelling subgroup and the ATS Young Members.

Arjun had this to say:

“I am truly delighted to have won the $200 prize money and even more so, to know that my feedback has played a part in improving the ATS communications format. I completed the survey with the intention of contributing to ATS in a meaningful way, given the numerous opportunities it has provided me. I am eager to donate the $200 prize money back to the ATS. This gesture would bring me great satisfaction as it allows me to give back to my tunnelling community.”

Amazing! Thanks again Arjun and to all the other participants of the survey who told us that, generally speaking:

???? Our communication is effective and well received.
???? They would appreciate more notice and reminders about upcoming events (we are taking this very seriously and have been making every effort to improve this in the last few months).
???? The ANZ Journal is a good mouthpiece for the organisation, which most people still like to receive in both hard and soft copies.
???? Our members love hearing about events, updates on projects and the fantastic achievements of their peers in industry.
???? They also like to receive Tunnelling Journal.

The ATS is ALWAYS open to feedback, though, so don’t hesitate to get in touch if you think we can improve on this in any way.
