The initial draft of the ATS’ Design Guide is nearing completion with a power of work from the ATSym nominees. The development of this draft has been in line with the Terms of Reference established and approved by the ATS Executive Committee in early 2019.
In order to develop a considered and robust guide, the committee is performing an internal review of the Design Guideline through nominated reviewers. As part of this review, the team are looking to extend this review for industry engagement and review from the 2nd of December 2019 until the 10th of January 2020.
To keep a constructive and pragmatic document review process the team have developed the following three key rules of engagement for the process.
- Comments are to be submitted in full by the due date (10th of January). Any comments submitted after this date will not be included in the initial revision.
- The only comments which will be considered will be comments that include a complete rewrite or addition to the offending session.
- The final decision on inclusions of any comments will be made by the ATSym team, or if a casting vote is required, by the ATS Executive.
Approved reviewers who have already been nominated as part of the initial call in April this year will receive a copy of the draft document and review spreadsheet. If you would like to be added to the list of reviewers please register via the link below.
